Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All products are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days. Delivery within the US takes an additional 5–8 business days. International orders may take 10–20 business days. Total estimated delivery: 7–25 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Which carriers do you use?
We fulfill through Printful and Printify using USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local carriers depending on your location.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because all items are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@madesignco.store with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production has already begun and we are unable to cancel.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in inches. We recommend measuring your chest at the widest point and comparing to the size chart. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.
Do your shirts run true to size?
Most of our tees are printed on Bella+Canvas or Comfort Colors blanks, which tend to run true to size with a relaxed fit. Check the individual product page for specific fit notes.

Are your products eco-friendly?
Many of our products are printed on GOTS-certified organic cotton blanks. We use print-on-demand production to eliminate overstock and reduce waste.
How do I care for my garment?
Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F). Tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach or dry clean. Iron on medium heat if needed. Washing inside out helps preserve print quality.
Will the print fade over time?
Our prints are applied using DTF or DTG methods for long-lasting, vibrant results. Following the care instructions above will help maintain print quality over time.
